Task and my work.
The client already had a content platform with a Telegram bot and a Mini App. The job was to improve the preparation stages, the editor interface and error handling.
- Reworked stage transitions and the user interface of the bot and Mini App.
- Worked on error handling and stabilizing the flows.
- Tested the text approval path on a local environment.
- Handed the system and the operations documentation over to the client's team.
Key decisions.
Manual edits go through the check again.
Editing the text re-runs the check, and the server runs it once more before approval. Timecodes left in a voiceover script block approval, because text-to-speech would read them out loud.
Deletion checks for active processing first.
Added a server-side check for related jobs before a script can be deleted. If a job is still queued or running, the server rejects the deletion and the interface explains why. A finished text does not count as an active job.

The user picks a material in the library and starts working on it.
- Review the script
The editor reads the prepared text and decides on the content.
- Confirm the next stage
After approval the material moves on to processing. The editor stays responsible for the text.

Materials and scripts live in one interface. The editor goes through review and approval, then moves the material to the next stage. The team received the improved system and instructions for running it.
