Bots, CRM and AI.
Automation for everyday work.

I build bots, connect services and help reduce manual work. I implement CRM and AI and help organise prospect research and outreach. Tell me what you want to improve, and we will work out where to start.

Client project

Website, engineering calculator and CRM for construction

I built a digital system for a construction company from scratch: website, engineering calculator, custom CRM, Telegram bot and 1C accounting integration. Customers get a preliminary price close to the final one; managers get each enquiry with a ready estimate and a path to the proposal in one system.

Client project

Content preparation and approval

I improve content systems: bots, Telegram apps, editorial review and approvals. In this project, I connected source selection, script review and the next stage of media processing, fixed errors and handed over instructions.

Materials library. Fictional test data.

Client project

Purchasing and order tracking

I build purchasing and order tracking systems, including in Google Sheets. Staff can see which items still need purchasing, where delays occur and which questions need an answer. This project also lets them archive and restore items with their history.

RetailCRM order analytics

I build order analytics and team notification systems, connecting CRMs, summaries and Telegram bots. This RetailCRM example shows order counts and values, sources, trends and notifications for large orders.

AI research and analysis

I set up agent systems for staff and managers: data collection, summaries, document search and working tasks. I connect RAG retrieval to find relevant knowledge-base passages with source references. The model can run locally or through an API. The anonymised scenarios below show workflows for a team at a hypothetical company.

Trading portfolio monitoring

I build monitoring systems around personal trading strategies. This project helps track assets noted during analysis and long-term investments. Accounts, history and market events are available in a Telegram Mini App. Notifications flag changes worth reviewing, such as unusual movement in trading indicators.

Websites

I build business websites that work for sales: enquiries go straight to your CRM or Telegram, a calculator estimates the price before a manager calls, and analytics show where each customer came from.

You get a website connected to your systems: forms, CRM, analytics and personal data protection.

Bots

I build bots for customers and staff in Telegram, WhatsApp and Slack: enquiries, estimates, order status, reminders and common questions.

The bot passes data to your CRM or spreadsheet. When a question needs a person, the customer can reach a team member.

Business process automation

I connect services that your team currently moves data between by hand: orders, documents, calculations and notifications.

We review one process, from who starts it to what happens next and where it gets delayed. That gives us a clear scope for automation.

CRM implementation and development

I implement CRM or adapt an existing one to your team’s work: enquiries, deal stages, customer records, estimates and documents.

Staff can see the next action for an order. Managers can see its stage and who is responsible.

AI implementation

I connect AI to work with documents, enquiries and content: finding an answer in a knowledge base, sorting messages or preparing a draft.

We check it against your examples and agree which results need a team member’s review.

Agent systems

I set up AI assistants to collect data, prepare reports, search documents and perform agreed actions. For knowledge bases, I connect RAG retrieval so the assistant finds relevant passages and shows its sources.

We choose a local model or an API-based model for your data and working conditions, and define access, result checks and approval steps.

Lead generation

I help find companies that may need your services. We define who to look for, collect information and contacts, and select relevant prospects.

You get a list in a spreadsheet or CRM explaining why each company fits. We can discuss setting up the search or running it regularly.

Outreach

I help organise direct contact with potential customers: messages tailored to each company, follow-ups, reply tracking and handover to the person handling the conversation.

We agree on the offer and messages before launch. We can discuss preparing the process or helping run it.

Work with me
directly.

You discuss the task with me. I design the system, write the code and hand over the result.

Start with a call ↗︎
Where to start

Show me a sample order, document or manual step. We review the situation and choose the next step. A short review may be free, depending on the task and scope.

Price and timeline

We agree on the audit scope, price and deliverable before starting. Development is estimated in stages with clear acceptance criteria.

What you get

Before development we agree on what must work and how we will test it. After acceptance you get the source code of my work, documentation and access to your environment.

Running costs and support

Paid services, hosting and support are priced separately. We will discuss these costs before work starts.

Discuss a review of your current system ↗︎

Where do we start?

Describe the task and the systems you already use. A sample quote, document or manual step makes it easier to talk it through.

The scope determines whether a short free review is enough or a separate audit is needed. We agree on the terms upfront.
